Tieng Viet Oi (TVO) is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Operations Coordinator to join our team at our office located in No 19A, Lane 8, Vong Thi, Tay Ho. This position involves playing a key role in providing excellent service to students interested in learning Vietnamese and ensuring the smooth operation of office tasks.

Work Schedule:
Responsibilities:
- Sales Management:
– Welcome and provide consultation to interested students and customers
– Oversee sales-related responsibilities, including but not limited to, processing orders and updating payments. - Office Management:
Oversee daily office tasks to ensure a professional, organized, and efficient office environment. - System Updates:
Update TVO’s student and class information on the internal systems.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills for updating internal systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
