Tieng Viet Oi (TVO) is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Class Scheduler (Vietnamese) to join our team at our office located in No 19A, Lane 8, Vong Thi, Tay Ho. This position involves playing a key role in providing excellent service to students interested in learning Vietnamese and ensuring the smooth operation of office tasks.

Work location: No 19A, lane 8, Vong Thi st, Tay Ho, Hanoi

Work Schedule: 8.00 am – 4:30 pm (Monday to Friday) & 8.00 am – 12.00 pm (Saturday)

Responsibilities:

1. Sales Management:

• Scheduling private and group classes and follow up with students’ payment
• Consulting and answering students’ inquiries (online & offline)

1. Office Management:
   Oversee daily office tasks to ensure a professional, organized, and efficient office environment.
2. System Updates:
   Update TVO’s student and class information on the internal systems.

Qualifications:

• Excellent English (especially written and spoken skills)
• Have a personal laptop
• Good customer service skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• Responsible, proactive, reliable, and good time management skill
• Having similar previous experiences is a plus
• Able to make long-term commitment
